2. Role Summary
iDream Education is looking for a Senior Programme Officer / Programme Lead – Uttar Pradesh to drive adoption, engagement and sustained usage across a large-scale education programme across Uttar Pradesh. The role will be responsible for continuously monitoring programme performance, analysing usage and engagement data across locations, identifying gaps and emerging patterns, and understanding the ground-level factors that explain them.
The role sits at the intersection of programme data, field realities and stakeholder coordination, working closely with implementation, data/reporting and impact teams to ensure that insights translate into action, adoption and sustained programme usage.
3. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Pillar 1- Programme Adoption, Engagement & Performance
  • Drive adoption, engagement and sustained usage across the programme, with a clear focus on moving from onboarding to active and continued use.
  • Monitor adoption and engagement across locations and maintain visibility on active, low-engagement and inactive project locations.
  • Identify priority locations requiring intervention and coordinate targeted actions with implementation partners and field teams.
  • Track progress against agreed actions and assess whether programme engagement is strengthening over time.
Pillar 2- Data-led Diagnosis & Programme Insights
  • Analyse programme usage, engagement and related data to identify patterns, variations, anomalies and emerging programme gaps.
  • Investigate the reasons behind identified gaps by combining data with field observations, stakeholder inputs and implementation context.
  • Develop data-backed hypotheses and recommendations on where attention, support or intervention is required.
  • Translate findings into actionable insights for programme planning, reviews and stakeholder discussions.
  • Leverage AI and analytical tools for data modelling, deeper analysis, insight generation and preparation of programme reports and review outputs.
Pillar 3- Ground Engagement & Programme Interventions
  • Undertake purposeful field visits across Uttar Pradesh to validate data-led observations and understand ground realities affecting programme adoption and engagement.
  • Conduct engagement activities and workshops to support all users in effectively using the application.
  • Engage with implementation teams, local stakeholders and programme users to identify operational, behavioural or contextual barriers to usage.
  • Coordinate and support interventions based on identified gaps, ensuring that actions are followed through on the ground.
  • Bring field insights back into programme recommendations for programme teams and stakeholders.
Pillar 4- Government, Partner & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as a key programme contact in Lucknow, coordinating with government stakeholders, implementation partners and internal teams.
  • Maintain regular communication on programme progress, priorities, gaps, interventions and follow-up actions.
  • Build working relationships with relevant government and partner stakeholders to enable timely resolution of programme issues and support adoption.
  • Represent programme progress, insights and priorities through reviews, meetings and presentations as required.
Pillar 5- Programme Reporting & Cross-functional Coordination
  • Develop programme reports, reviews and presentations that bring together data, field insights, interventions and progress.
  • Present programme performance and key findings to relevant government and partner stakeholders.
  • Work closely with implementation, operations, data/reporting and impact teams to ensure identified issues move from insight to action.
  • Maintain clear follow-through on agreed actions, escalating issues requiring senior intervention and supporting continuous programme improvement.
4. Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred in Education, Social Sciences, Social Work, Development Studies, Management or a related field. (Relevant programme experience and demonstrated ability may be considered alongside formal qualifications.)
Experience
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in education, development, social impact, NGO, CSR, EdTech or government programme implementation.
  • Experience managing or supporting large-scale education, development or government programmes is preferred.
  • Prior experience working with government stakeholders, implementation partners or public-sector programmes is preferred.
Other Requirements
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Lucknow.
  • Willingness to undertake purposeful travel across Uttar Pradesh based on programme requirements.
  • Strong spoken and written Hindi and English.

2. Role Summary
iDream Education is looking for an experienced and hands-on professional for the position of Assistant Manager – Business Operations, South India Region, to drive end-to-end implementation, usage, adoption and impact of iDream’s digital education solutions across Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. The role will own the South India portfolio across all orders, leading a small regional team while coordinating with central Programme Design, Operations, Data & Systems, and Support & Dispatch functions. The role will work closely with schools, government stakeholders, CSR partners and clients to ensure consistent execution, growing adoption and evidence-backed outcomes across the region.
3. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Pillar 1 – South India Operations and Portfolio Ownership
  • Own end-to-end operational and impact outcomes across all iDream orders in South India — Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Puducherry — covering Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 projects.
  • Drive the complete order lifecycle from programme handover and planning through implementation, training, adoption, monitoring, reporting and closure.
  • Monitor region-wide usage and adoption trends and identify schools, projects and geographies requiring timely intervention.
  • Ensure South India projects are implemented consistently against iDream’s SOPs, quality standards and programme outcomes.
Pillar 2 – Team Leadership & Capability Building
  • Lead, coach and manage a small South India operations team across Field, Programme, Data and Support.
  • Conduct regular reviews and provide coaching, feedback and capability-building support to enable increasing team independence.
  • Build a culture of ownership, data-led decision-making and proactive problem-solving across the regional team.
Pillar 3 — Implementation, Training & Adoption
  • Drive effective implementation and training of teachers, students and other users across South India, directly or through the regional team.
  • Monitor post-training usage and adoption through 30-60-90 day windows and ensure corrective action where usage is below expected levels.
  • Build and maintain active teacher communities across assigned schools to support ongoing engagement, query resolution, content sharing and recognition.
  • Use usage and engagement data to identify adoption challenges and translate them into school- and project-level action plans.
Pillar 4 – Stakeholder Management & Regional Relationship Building
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, clients, Block and District Education Officers, DM, BSA, government stakeholders and CSR/NGO partners across South India.
  • Represent iDream Education in regional meetings, reviews, trainings and events/programme discussions with external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and credible communication, reporting and escalation to clients and partners.
  • Identify qualified opportunities, renewal inputs and relevant leads from the regional portfolio and share them with the sales team on a bi-monthly basis.
Pillar 5 – Data, Reporting & Cross-functional Operations
  • Own regional data quality, usage monitoring and reporting across all South India projects.
  • Coordinate with Programme Design, Data & Systems, Support & Dispatch and other central functions to ensure smooth execution and timely resolution of operational issues.
  • Ensure project data, training completion, usage metrics and impact evidence are updated accurately and on schedule.
  • Review regional performance data and translate insights into process improvements, risk mitigation and execution priorities.
4. Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred in Education, Social Sciences, Social Work, Development Studies, Management or a related field. (Relevant programme experience and demonstrated ability may be considered alongside formal qualifications.)
Experience: 3–4 years of experience in operations, project management or programme implementation within the education, EdTech or social impact sector, including experience managing people or leading a sub-function/team. Proven experience managing multiple projects, locations and stakeholders simultaneously is required.
Other Requirements:
  1. Based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate to Gurgaon.
  2. Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
  3. Strong spoken and written English.
  4. Strong proficiency in at least one South Indian regional language, with Kannada preferred; proficiency in additional regional languages such as Telugu, Tamil or Malayalam is an advantage.

3. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

Pillar 1 – Inventory & Asset Management
  • Own end-to-end inventory management of tablets, pendrives, SD cards, accessories, and other deployment assets to ensure accurate stock availability.
  • Maintain stock records, inward/outward entries, asset allocation, and reconciliation with 100% accuracy.
  • Conduct periodic physical stock verification and identify discrepancies for timely resolution.
