The first thing you should consider is the size of the classroom. This will help you decide the size of the Smart TV or the panel. We must ensure that students, irrespective of where they are sitting in the classroom, should comfortably look at the content being played without any stress on their eyes. The second thing to look at is the brand's reputation and availability of service centers. Branded Smart TVs require minimum maintenance, but we should have close and immediate access to their service engineers when needed. We recommend going for a brand with a service center close to your project locations. If possible, avoid going for cheap and assembled Smart TVs. The third thing is, of course, the pricing and your budget. We have put this as the third factor because we must look at the learning value. It is okay to implement in fewer schools, but the objective should be to give them hardware that is of good quality and will last a very long time.

Since the content is being provided offline, the update can only happen by replacing the pen drive with the updated content. Once the new pen drive is plugged in, the learning app must be refreshed once to access the updated content. This is a simple process by which our training team can guide you over a call. The content consists of heavy video files; hence, an online update is not possible.
Yes, we custom align the digital content per the implementation requirements. We have worked in 16 states delivering content as per CBSE and all major state boards.
If your license has expired, please contact our representative or write to us at share@idreameducation.org. Post the commercial discussion, we will reactivate the license, and the same can be updated at your end online. Our training team will guide you through the process over a call. This would be one-time activity and require internet connectivity at the time of updation.
If such changes happen within the license duration of implementation, we replace the pen drive with the updated content. If the license has expired, you will have to contact our team at share@idreameducation.org or our representative with whom you are in touch.
Depends on the scope of your implementation and the budgets available. We can provide the solution with customised license validity of 1 year, 2, 3 or 5 years and a lifetime.
Once you set up the iPrep Digital Class, we will provide you with the URL of the reporting dashboard and your unique login details, along with a training manual on how to use the dashboard. You can log in anytime and check your project reports anytime, anywhere. If in case dashboard shows no data or the data isn’t updated, it means that the schools have not connected their devices to the internet. In this case, schools have to connect the device to the internet, and as soon as the device connects to the internet, all reports get automatically synced to a centralized reporting dashboard, and you can check the reports on the dashboard with the click of a button.
Immediately contact your iDream representative or write to us at share@idreameducation.org. In this case, we will first remotely check the pen drive and your setup to identify and rectify the issue. If not, we will request you to courier us the pen drive. Once we receive it, we will inspect it, fix the issue or send you a new pen drive. Kindly note that if the pen drive is found to be wilfully damaged or out of license period, in such cases, we will request you to buy a new license.
Yes, we do. While discussing with your iDream representative, you can state your implementation requirements. The same would then be incorporated into the implementation planning and proposal.

Yes, iPrep Digital Class can be set up using an Android projector or every other operating system and hardware. However, we would request you to contact our technical team, who will first perform testing on your projector model to check platform compatibility. If the tests are successful, we can proceed ahead.
1. Always check with our technical team before finalising the brand and model for your smart classroom. Once they give the go-ahead, you can proceed with the purchase. They may recommend testing if they are unfamiliar with your selected brand.
