Ground Insights from IFP-Based Smart Class Implementations in Noida Schools

During one of our recent IFP-based smart class implementations in Noida, our team visited a school for a training session. Interestingly, this was not the first time we were there. We had already conducted a training earlier as part of another implementation.
As soon as we reached, a few teachers greeted us warmly. They were excited to see us again and quickly started sharing how they had been using iPrep in their classrooms – some even had questions about exploring more content and features. At the same time, a few teachers looked slightly hesitant. When we spoke to them, they shared a different perspective. For them, the IFP installed in their classroom felt like just another smart screen. They were worried that using it would mean spending a lot of time searching for the right digital content before every class.
Why such different reactions in the same school?
The answer was simple. The teachers who felt unsure were new to the school. They had not attended the earlier training sessions, and without that experience, the smart classroom setup naturally felt unfamiliar. And this exactly shows why teacher training is such an important part of every smart class implementation.
Insights from Onboarding New Teachers to the IFP-Based Smart Class Setup

To ensure that every teacher could confidently use the smart classroom, our team conducted a dedicated training and onboarding session for the new as well as old teachers.
The idea was simple – help them understand that the IFP in their classroom was not just a display screen, but a powerful teaching tool designed to make their daily lessons easier and more engaging.
During the session, we introduced them to iPrep’s curriculum-aligned digital content for classes 1 to 12, organized class-wise, subject-wise, and chapter-wise. Since the school follows the UP Board curriculum, teachers were particularly happy to see that the smart class content was already aligned with the syllabus they teach every day.
What made the experience even more reassuring for them was that the content was available in both Hindi and English, allowing them to choose the language they were most comfortable teaching in.
As the teachers explored the iPrep themselves, their earlier hesitation quickly turned into excitement. Instead of worrying about searching for relevant content online, they could now simply open the chapter they were about to teach and find animations, explanations, and practice material ready to use in the classroom.
Ensuring Continuous Support for Teachers Using Smart Classrooms
We were happy to support the new teachers through this onboarding & training session and see their confidence grow as they explored the IFP-based smart class setup. At the same time, we also encouraged the school administration and teachers to reach out to our team whenever additional support or retraining is required. In many schools, new teachers join throughout the academic year, and it is important that they are equally comfortable using the available digital tools. When classrooms already have access to curriculum-aligned digital resources, teachers should be able to start using them from day one, without waiting or struggling to figure things out on their own. Continuous support and timely training ensure that the smart classroom truly becomes a part of everyday teaching.
We are happy to be part of this journey, helping teachers make the most of their smart classroom setup through continuous training and support.
