The charging storage rack can store and charge up to 20 tablets/notebooks/chromebooks simultaneously, but it can also be customized based on your need and budget. If your budget does not allow it, we recommend using it rotationally, where two students can share one Tablet/Notebook/Chromebook. Preferably, maximum sharing should be among two students to help them interact with content appropriately.
Most models can store and charge 20 tablets/notebooks/chromebooks simultaneously. We also customize implementation with 10, 30, and even 40 tablets/notebooks/chromebooks in one rack.
Yes, once all the material is dispatched, our training team visits the school on a given date to set up a digital library with Tablet/Notebook/Chromebook and for experiential training of teachers and students to use iPrep on the Tablet/Notebook/Chromebook. The training may take 2 or 3 days per school depending on the number of students.
During implementation, we provide the school with a helpline number. In case of any issues with hardware or the content, you can immediately connect with us on the shared helpline number. Our support team will first try to resolve the issue remotely, and if required, our on-field support team will visit your school and have the issue resolved. We endeavour to resolve the issue as early as possible.
Yes, the content is customized for the state board as per the implementation requirements. So far, we have implemented Tablet/Notebook/Chromebook based digital library as per the State board syllabus of J&K, HP, Haryana, UP, Uttarakhand, Chattisgarh, MP, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Orissa, Meghalaya, Delhi, Rajasthan, West Bengal and can further customize it as per any State board syllabus and CBSE.
For this, you will have to connect with our team to generate a request to check the impact report. We then share the URL of our reporting dashboard and unique login for all members of your team. We will also provide you with a manual on using the reporting dashboard. Once you have your login information, you can log in anytime and check the impact reports from any location.
