But for impactful NGO projects, we conduct baseline, midline, and endline assessments to measure learning shifts, supported by regular LMS-based dashboards that show usage patterns, blockages, progress, and outcomes. This combination of assessments, continuous data tracking, and detailed reporting ensures you always know how the program is performing and where improvements are needed.
As an NGO partner for CSR programs, we co-create the entire digital education project based on your goals, target groups, and desired outcomes. We design the solution, deploy the technology, provide on-ground implementation, train teachers, engage the community, and offer ongoing support. We start with hands-on training (not boring PowerPoints), then stick around for ongoing support. We understand teachers need to feel confident with the technology, not intimidated by it. Most teachers pick it up pretty quickly once they see how much students engage with the content. Though we'll admit - there's always that one teacher who takes a bit longer to warm up to new tech!
We currently work with 20+ state boards, and yes, they're all different. We can definitely customise content for regional languages and specific curriculum requirements. It's actually one of our strengths - we've done Tamil content for schools in Tamil Nadu, Gujarati for Gujarat, and so on.
