Tablet-based Digital Library at Yellow Room in Noida managed by Sarthak Foundation

With a vision to have Happy Empowered Children, Sarthak Foundation reaches out to children to make them self-sustainable through education, socio-emotional strengthening, and skills so that they can come out of poverty. 

Envisioning the same, they have extended their partnership with us to Phase 2 to implement a tablet-based digital library at one of their Yellow Rooms located in Noida, aiming to break the cycle of poverty through education and technology.

Tablet-Based Digital Library at Yellow Room

We implemented iPrep Digital Library, a smart ICT Lab setup equipped with 30 tablets preloaded with K-10 content in Hindi and English to cater to the learning needs of students. Collaborating with partners in the social sector dedicated to enhancing digital education opportunities for underserved communities is both gratifying and motivating.

Our inspiration from implementation and training

The dedication of the teachers at Yellow Room inspired our team members. They were enthusiastic about using iPrep on tablets to enhance their students’ learning experiences. Even the children showed enthusiasm for using tablets for learning. Some of them played poems on their tablets, while others played videos of tables for learning, finding joy in their usage. 

Additionally, teachers appreciated the digital library setup for its security features. They were happy to see how all tablets can be securely locked within a digital library setup post-use. This streamlined process of using devices by eliminating the hassle of managing individual devices without worrying about safety and security.

We are happy to extend our reach to last-mile learners through our partners such as Sarthak Foundation. 

We anticipate regular use of tablets in the digital library at Yellow Room by teachers and students, and we aim to expand this initiative to additional locations in the future.
